Manage your contract rights

Submit a withdrawal or cancellation declaration without signing in. We record your declaration when you confirm it and give you a copy with its receipt date and time.

Cancellation ends your subscription at the requested date, subject to the applicable contract and law. Leave the date empty for the earliest possible date. For ordinary cancellation, no reason is required.

Enter your subscription or invoice reference, or the plan and website that identify your contract. Do not send passwords, card details or identity documents.
