Terms of Service

1. Who we are

SEO Conquest is operated by FLOWMATIC S.R.L., a company registered in Romania, tax id (CUI) 52891900, trade registry number J2025087179005, with its registered office at Str. Vasile Alecsandri, bl. 66A, sc. A, parter, ap. 1, Pitești, Argeș 110377, Romania. We are registered for VAT. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Flowmatic" mean FLOWMATIC S.R.L.; "you" means the person or company that opens an SEO Conquest account. You can reach us at seorbit@flowmatic.ro.

2. The service

SEO Conquest is a software service that puts SEO content on autopilot for the websites you connect. Depending on your plan, it does the following:

• Keyword research for your niche and language.
• Articles written by AI, with images generated by AI.
• Automatic publishing on the platforms you connect (for example WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, Ghost or Blogger), or on a blog we host for you.
• AI-visibility tracking: how often AI assistants mention your site for the questions that matter to you.
• Service pages, sitemap and structured data (schema) for your site.
• Advertorials for the press: we generate the copy and the images.

Advertorials are content only. Publishing an advertorial in a newspaper or on a news site is negotiated and paid by you, directly with that publication. The publication's fee is not included in any SEO Conquest plan. Our press directory covers publications in Romania.

Plan limits (sites, articles per month, checks, keyword runs, regenerations, advertorials) are shown on the pricing page and inside the app. Limits reset every calendar month (UTC). Unused volume does not carry over.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. Sign up with an email address you control, or with a Google account. Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else got in.

You may only connect websites you own or are authorised to manage. You must not use SEO Conquest for anything illegal, for spam, for content meant to deceive, harass or defame, for content that infringes someone else's rights, or for attempts to abuse quotas, probe the service or strain the infrastructure. If in doubt, ask us first.

4. Plans, trial and billing

SEO Conquest is a paid subscription. A valid payment card is required at sign-up. New accounts get a 7-day trial with reduced limits. Your first charge happens at the end of the trial, unless you cancel before it ends. There is one trial per account and one trial per website.

Subscriptions are monthly or annual and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Annual plans are charged in advance for the whole year.

When your monthly article pool is used up you can buy a top-up pack of 25 articles inside the app. Top-up articles are valid until the end of the current billing month, do not carry over and are not refundable once consumed.

Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. VAT is added where the law requires it. Where VAT ID collection is available at checkout, EU business customers can enter a valid VAT ID so that reverse charge applies. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card number. If a payment fails we retry it and notify you; if it keeps failing we may suspend the account until payment goes through.

We may change prices. We will announce a price change at least 30 days before it applies to you. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Customer Portal in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. Until then the service stays on. We do not refund the remaining part of a period on a pro-rata basis, except as described in sections 6 and 7.

6. 14-day money-back

If SEO Conquest is not for you, we refund your first subscription payment in full. Ask by email at seorbit@flowmatic.ro within 14 days of that first charge. This applies once per account and only to the first subscription payment. Top-up packs and renewals are not covered.

7. EU consumer withdrawal right

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. To exercise it, send us a clear statement by email. You may use the standard EU model withdrawal form, but you do not have to.

SEO Conquest is a digital service that starts immediately. By starting the trial you expressly request that we begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw before the service is fully performed, you pay for the part already delivered.

8. AI-generated content

Articles, images, service pages and advertorials are generated automatically by AI models. They can contain mistakes, outdated facts or wording that does not fit your business. You review them and you decide what gets published. You are responsible for the content you publish, including in regulated fields such as health, law or finance, and for complying with advertising and consumer law in your market.

You own the content generated for your account. We claim no rights to it. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, AI mentions or any business result.

9. Third-party platforms and credentials

To publish, SEO Conquest needs credentials for your platform (for example a WordPress application password, an API key or a Google authorisation). We encrypt them at rest and use them only to publish and verify your content. You can revoke them at any time from your platform or by disconnecting the site in SEO Conquest. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

10. Availability, changes and "as is"

We aim to keep the service available but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Scheduled generation can be delayed or missed; the dashboard shows you what did not run. We may change, add or remove features as the product evolves. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims arising from the service is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits, lost data, lost rankings or lost business. These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or where the law does not allow them.

12. Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service or does not pay. We will say why when we do, unless the law prevents it. You can close your account at any time from the account settings or by email. When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Data protection

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf (the data of your websites), the Data Processing Agreement applies and is part of these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Romania. Disputes go to the competent courts of Pitești, Romania, unless mandatory law gives you the right to sue elsewhere. If you are a consumer, you can also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC, https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/).

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top change with every update. For material changes we notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using SEO Conquest after that, you accept the new version. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.
